Cross your fingers and rest your hands on the nape of your head.
With your thumbs find the little indent and keep your thumbs there.
With your head facing forward, let your eyes travel all the way to the right as far as they can go,
without moving your head.
Hold your eyes in that position for about 60 seconds. Take in deep breath and breathe out slowly.
Then let your eyes go back to the front. Take in what you see there.
Let your eyes, without moving your head, slowly travel to the left as far as they can go.
Hold your eyes to the left for about 60 seconds. Take in deep breath and breathe out slowly.
Then let your eyes travel slowly back to the front and take in what you see.
Slowly release your hands from you head. Your system might like to yawn or sigh at the end of it. That’s a great sign, let it happen. Okay if not.                                        You can do this sitting or laying down.
